The Chesterton® 30KC engineered polymer cartridge seal, represents a new and innovative technology used for sealing high viscosity fluids and dry powders to replace existing under-performing solutions.

Combining years of Chesterton’s process sealing knowledge with its understanding for polymer based sealing solutions, Chesterton® 30KC cartridge seal was specifically designed for use in rotary positive displacement pumps. This unique cartridge design uses high performance, filled PTFE compounds that are proven to withstand the high shear rates, frictional heat, and abrasives common when pumping high viscosity products and dry powders.
