Course description: TRIZ (treeze) is the Russian acronym for the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving. Developed in the USSR in the 1940s, the method has grown in popularity over the past decade. TRIZ is a problem solving methodology that can help everyone solve simple and difficult problems more quickly and with better results. The main goal of this training program is to help you or your company become more innovative and competitive through the understanding and utilization of proven TRIZ methodology. The program is designed to develop an awareness of TRIZ among key management and technical personnel. TRIZ has numerous concepts and tools to develop your problem solving ability.
