Automated Extrusion Tooling, a Gruber & Co Group Company, specializes in the designing, manufacturing, development and support of profile extrusion tooling for the plastics industry including die and calibration systems and downstream solutions for both twin screw and single screw configurations. Automated provides tooling solutions for a variety of extrusion applications including multi-hollows, single walled, cellular, co-extruded, and composites. Automated has experience in a number of polymers including RPVC, FPVC, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PC, PS, ABS, HIPS, ASA, and experience with cellular RPVC, CPVC, HDPE, PS, and ABS. Automated as a company has extensive experience in wood composites and other bio-fiber composite materials that contain PVC, PE, PP, ABS and cellular versions of these as well as the capping of composite based materials.
