FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

INCOE ® Corporation and Beaumont Technologies to offer complete Hot and Cold Runner Technology Solutions

Troy, MI, USA -  INCOE® Corporation and Beaumont Technologies, Inc. (BTI) announced today that they have entered into an agreement that will allow each company to sell the other’s products. INCOE ® Corporation is the recognized pioneer of hot runner technology developing the first “runnerless” molding system for the plastics industry. Beaumont Technologies, Inc. is a leading innovator of rheologically balanced melt management system designs and inserts for cold and hot runner applications.

John D. Blundy, V.P. Business Development for INCOE ® Corporation stated, "This new agreement with BTI puts us in a unique position as a hot runner supplier. It allows us to offer a seamless solution to our customers by adding cold runner technology, and complete hot to cold systems. In addition to our DF Gold and Quick-Flo™ hot runner products, we can now offer all runner solution technologies. This will streamline the process of specifying and selecting these runner technologies through a single contact point, whether it is INCOE ® or BTI."

Since 2003, BTI has provided hot runner manifold designs with their patented MeltFlipper® balanced manifold technology exclusively under license to INCOE ® Corporation for use in their Opti-Flo® hot runner systems. Cold runner technology provided by BTI will include design services and the new Rheological Control System (RCS) mold inserts recently introduced at NPE 2009. For BTI, they will now be able to offer their customer base proven hot runner technologies from INCOE ® including Direct-Flo™ Gold and the recently introduced Quick-Flo™.

David A. Hoffman, Technical Director of Sales & Marketing for Beaumont Technologies, Inc. stated, "Our customers often utilize various runner systems ranging from complete cold runners, to hot-to-cold systems, to full hot runner systems. All of those types of melt delivery systems encounter shear-induced flow variations and we have a successful track record solving the resultant molding problems. The collaborative working relationship we’ve had with INCOE ® on numerous Opti-Flo® systems makes servicing both of our customer's needs much easier moving forward. They can now gain easier access to rheologically controlled solutions regardless of the type melt delivery system".
