Maag Pump Systems, Inc., located in , a major supplier of Gear Pumps, Polymer Filtration Systems, Heat Exchangers and Static Mixers, has entered into the North American flat sheet and film die and feed block business.

Maag is marketing its TruFlow™ line of film and sheet dies and feed blocks in the . The TruFlow™ Line includes a full range of flat dies for film and sheeting, as well as both fixed and variable geometry Feed blocks. The TruFlow™ dies come in standard sizes from eight (8) inches to over eighteen (18) feet wide. Equipped with the TruFlow™ Feed blocks, the dies can produce up to nine (9) layer structures. Dies are also available for PVC siding, foam, and double wall constructions.

With the addition of the TruFlow™ line, Maag now offers an alternative to the traditional North American suppliers. Maag Dies will be supported with parts and service from its  38,500 square foot facility in and will also have a repair facility located in the Midwestern US, to be detailed under a separate press release.

The TruFlow™ Dies and Feed Blocks offer sheet and film producers a real alternative to existing suppliers. One of the advantages of the TruFlow™ line is that these products will be constructed to meet, or exceed the quality existing suppliers, but will have shorter deliveries and attractive pricing.

Maag will also package the dies and feed blocks with its other equipment to allow the supply of complete engineered system of components from the end of the extruder through the die, including all mechanical components, as well as heaters, thermocouples, pressure transducers, and control system to integrate the equipment into the extrusion process.
