In business for more than 60 years, T.O. Plastics manufactures thermoformed products and packaging for many applications in the medical, industrial, consumer, food, and electronics markets.

Production capabilities include in-line, twin sheet and cut sheet forming of both heavy and thin gauge parts and CNC 5-axis trimming. A wide variety of materials are available including HIPS, KYDEX T, ABS, ESD, PP, PE, PC, PET, PETG, PVC, PEEK, PLA foams and acrylics. Gauges from .003” to .375”. On-site, in-line and off-line packaging services are also available.

In-house extrusion capabilities, both mono-layer and co-extrusion, provide faster turn around times and assurance of quality for both custom sheet and thermoformed parts. T.O. Plastics has thermoformed thousands of different items ranging in size from a thimble to a 48” pallet, and is known for its quality products, exceptional customer service and on-time deliveries.

T.O. Plastics is headquartered in Clearwater, MN, and the Clearwater facility is ISO 9001:2008 certified. A second facility in Otsego, MN, has certified 100,000 and 10,000 clean rooms and is ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certified. T.O. Plastics is a stand alone, wholly owned subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation and employs approximately 200 people.
