Technical Process & Engineering is proud to offer you our line of Plastics / Rubber Cold Feed & Hot Melt Extruders and Continuous Mixers - available with a wide variety of options for standard and custom applications, including 3-piece Free Rotor design; “E-machines” with extended body, rotors, and increased feed throat area; and, our own “J-block” technology, just to name a few.

TPEI also offers both cold feed and hot melt extruders. In addition we manufacture a special hot melt pump extruder available for free-rotor compounding lines. TPEI's "J-Block" technology is specifically designed to allow stiff and sticky materials to be easily fed into the extruder feed throat with virtually no build up.

TP&E also has a U-Bangi flow channel design that allows the melt inventory to be kept at a minimum in the die and breaker plate areas.

Cold feed extruders can be supplied with various lengths and compression ratios for many processing requirements.

Whatever your needs, if we don't stock it, we can build it.
