Utilizing all Electric machines has given Xcentric Mold and Engineering the competitive edge over our competition. Because of the repeatability from shot to shot and the processing Technology the Electric machine offers us, we can mold parts with precision that conventional hydraulic machines just can't do. Not to mention our All Electric machines use 80% less energy of conventional hydraulic oil machines, which allows Xcentric to keep a clean and safe work environment and cost savings to our customers.

Our press sizes range from 50 ton to 400 ton clamping forces and shot sizes from .1 ounce to 34 ounces. Prototype tryouts and short run through production quantities are available. Xcentric has established a strong background in insert and over molding. Let us give you some free tips on your project.

Our process engineers and technicians utilize high speed thin wall techniques and rigorous mold tryouts while establishing robust and stable processes. Our manufacturing facility located in Michigan is registered to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
