RAYCON BULK

The Product Inspection System RAYCON not only detects varieties of impurities, but simultaneously identifies impurities and product defects, or imperfections.

The Product Inspection System RAYCON BULK also detects undesirable, compacted Product- or agglutination of herbs and spices.

RAYCON BULK special conveyer for the inspection of loose bulk material with a maximum width of 400 mm and a maximum height of 40 mm.

The Complete system is comprised of the following components:
• Compact x-ray casing with a high resolution line detector
• Steady construction with a task feed hopper
• Integrated industrial-PC with sophisticated inspection software
• I/O-Board with diverse input and outlet connections to accomodate optional Separation systems, light sensors, etc.
