RAYCON

The Product Inspection System RAYCON not only detects varieties of impurities, but simultaneously identifies impurities and product defects, or imperfections.


RAYCON is used in dry and wet applications, for the inspection of packed and unpacked bulks (up to a max. conveyer load of 25 kg) with an inspection width of 250 mm up to 400 mm and a product height of up to 200 mm.


The Complete system is comprised of the following components:
• Compact x-ray casing with a high resolution line detector
• Steady construction with a 300 mm or 480 mm wide conveyor belt
• Integrated industrial-PC with sophisticated inspection software
• I/O-Board with diverse input and outlet connections to accomodate optional Separation systems, light sensors, etc.
