The Jupiter Model 3100 uses advanced pulsed DC technology whereby dedicated positive and negative emitters produce pulses of ions which helps propel ions away from the bar toward static laden surfaces.
This system provides unrivaled static neutralization with very fast static decay performance at distances up to 60".
A integrated microcomputer system controls and regulates two compact internal 30kV high voltage sources. It monitors the emitter current and employs a feedback control system to compensate for varying operational conditions to optimize static control performance.
The Jupiter features a robust, rigid construction and is available in 24", 30", 40", 50", 60" and 70" lengths. Simplicity of installation and operation make it highly suitable for the plastics industry original equipment manufacturers and end-users alike.
Replaceable titanium emitters maintain optimal performance and are resistively coupled for shockless operation. All control and high voltage parts are internal and encapsulated for reliability and safety. Supports a remote alarm or indicator light. A 24V input power supply is provided or optionally the Jupiter can be wired directly to existing 24V machine supplies.
