Electrical Control Unit for hole punching with PLC, HMI display, encoder and photo eye with up to 12 independent outputs. Capable of having a grid pattern in the machine direction with up to 32 hits per repeat.
A touchscreen control panel is used to program, run and monitor parameters for hole punching. Capable of reading photo eye indicators or can be set in a repeat mode based on repeat and wait distance when no markings are present or available. Recipe editor and default settings for maintenance and engineering.
