Most of the time spent in the injection molding process is cooling. You MUST know what your flow rate is to be able to manage the cooling process. Smartflow Mechanical and Electronic Flowmeters help scientific molders control their processes to produce consistent parts.
Sizes are: 1/4" through 3" in flow rates between 0 to 1.5 gpm through 50 to 150 gpm. Many flow scales are available in liters per minute as well. Electronic Flowmeters have both scales built-in.
Meters are made of corrosion-resistant materials and are reasonably priced. Most sizes are in stock. Pressure and temperature gauges can be added easily to mechanical flowmeters. Many connection options are also available.
