Request For Quotation (RFQ) online programs are specifically designed to help expedite system quotations. Originally introduced as one form in 2009, the site now includes the updated Direct-Flo™ Gold and SPM/XRN Nozzles RFQ’s, and the new Temperature Controller and Single Nozzle Systems RFQ’s.
The updated and new programs have been designed to allow customers to specify either M Series or Microcom® Temperature Controllers along with a DF Gold hot runner system. Specifying the hot runner system with a control product allows INCOE® to provide a quote as a complete system package. Two single nozzle product series are online, with planned additions in development.
The RFQ forms can be accessed through the website by visiting www.incoe.com in the “Products” or “Contact” sections of the site located in the top navigation. The forms are easy to use and include enhanced security features for the safe transfer of files. Information can be entered or selected, and customers can upload drawing files directly to INCOE®. Customers are automatically sent an email verifying receipt of the RFQ form and a record of information that they completed.
