COLLECT
CDS offers pneumatically-activated collection tables, motorized conveyor units, and coil winders that securely collect a broad range of plastic extrusion applications. Our rugged and reliable pneumatic tilt tables can quickly move material into a collection rank or bin for easy pick-up. The takeaway conveyor moves light profiles off the end of the downstream line, and deposits them into catch bins using either compressed air bursts or a mechanical arm.
