Modulars™ are available in various diameters and widths, making it possible to fit your machine with just the right combination of "off the shelf" components.
Made of the same high-temperature materials as our Customs™, Modulars™ offer insulating capacities in a universal fit identical to those in a custom configuration.
The concept is simple: as each insulating module is wrapped and fastened around the barrel of the machine, it nests snugly into the overlapping "shirt-tail" of the adjourning module.

Consequently, the outer coat of Fiberlon (Teflon® -coated fiberglass fabric) overlaps both horizontally and vertically to form a unitized insulating cover. Pellets can't squeeze under the jackets, and plastic will not stick to them.
Modulars™ are made of materials specifically designed for high temperature environments: Velcro® fasteners with stainless-steel hooks and Nomex® loop; insulating filler made of ceramic fiber, and interior lining of high-performance silica fabric.
Naturally, there's a full one-year warranty on workmanship and materials.
