Molding
Our injection-molding machine capabilities cover a range from 12-ton to 750-ton clamping forces and shot sizes from .33 to 98 ounces.
PTI's molding services are comprehensive, spanning from prototype tryouts through production quantities. Whether a project is a true functional prototype, short-run injection molding, or a high-volume, multiple-cavity production mold, all aspects of tool construction are controlled by the central management staff and program management team, which assures the goals, objectives and predetermined outcomes are on time through every step of the process.
We also specialize in micro-molding for small part requirements in addition to insert and over-molding. Our process engineers and technicians use scientific plastic injection molding techniques with rigorous mold testing throughout to maintain a stable process that is robust.
Our facility is registered to the ISO9001:2008 quality standard, and we're certified with RJG in scientific principles and techniques.
