Flambeau has dedicated blow molding facilities with more than 100 machines ranging in size from 1 to 50 pound shot. Its facilities are QS and ISO certified, with on-site quality control laboratories to ensure high quality products worldwide.

The company can provide design assistance or complete product design through its in-house Technology Center and can design and build prototype and production tools as well as provide complete program management and dedicated secondary operations.
