Emerald Corp. knows that part design is critical to the success of injection molding. That's why the company works very closely with customers to achieve a part design that meets their functional requirements, while still being robust enough to be processed cost-effectively through the injection molding process.

An exceptionally clean and efficient work environment allows Emerald to in-mold sensitive decorative films and ensures good product quality. It uses robotic part-removal for consistent cycle times and RJG pressure sensors to monitor process parameters on critical molds. In addition, Toyota Production work cells are set up in-line with molding presses.
