Mold-Masters® has created the industry’s most thermally precise and reliable nozzle platform using proprietary in-house heating elements, patented multi-material tip geometries and unique heater brazing technology. Master-Series nozzles are backed by a comprehensive warranty program that is 3 to 5 times longer than any other supplier.
Master-Series nozzles come in 6 standard sizes, in lengths from 27mm to 440mm and in more than 20 standard gate configurations including hot tip, valve gate, sprue gate and edge gate. No other nozzle platform provides more flexibility to put the gate in the location with the best steel and cooling conditions.
