Two Types
Single Linear Unit – Many Heads
- Can have up to 6 heads (could test around 31,000 bottles per hour for a 240 ml or even faster for smaller bottles). 3 head can test 240 ml x 19,500 per hour or 5 head can test 2L x 8500 and these all find 0.2 mm holes. This type is the least expensive and made need a feed screw for each shape of bottle.
Single Head Per Linear Unit, Up To 5 Heads
- The fastest and most flexible type we build which requires no change parts, feed screws, etc.
- Able to test up to 10,000 small bottles per test head and 20,000 – 22,000 x 1 litre on a 4 head
- We can supply units with test rates beyond 30,000 bottles per hour
- Servo driven
This range has an attractive capital cost for the required test rate. Much less expensive than a rotary leak tester. A rotary tester is needed when you have extremely high rates of large bottles like a 2L and you want to test over 20,000 per hour for instance.
