ClearLay(TM) Rigid PVC Film
Grafix stocks a large selection of ClearLay™ rigid vinyl sheets and film in clear gloss and five transparent colors. Through our extensive vendor network, we also have access to a large variety of different types of vinyl in thicker gauges, in gloss, matte, translucent color, opaque color, hand, calendared matte, roller- polished, and press-polished. If you have a color and finish in mind, just ask – the possibilities are endless.
ClearLay is a rigid vinyl film (polyvinyl chloride, or PVC) that is the economical answer for many plastic film applications. ClearLay’s versatility makes it a great choice for thermoforming, die-cutting, welding, gluing, and folding applications. The low cost of vinyl combined with its high durability makes it well suited for packaging, graphics, overlays, stencils and protective coverings.
Every thickness of ClearLay film and sheet we stock is available in clear, and we offer five transparent colors in .005″” mil. On a custom order basis, we offer matte film and press or roller polished sheeting. Generally, clear, white, and black in both gloss and matte finishes are widely available, and any transparent or opaque color is available on a custom order basis.
