Be prepared to change your design after you pay your deposit! During initial correspondence they confirmed our design was moldable. After we paid our deposit they insisted we change the draft angle by 3 degrees. Since this was not possible for us and they would not offer any alternative tooling strategies (i.e. additional slides), we cancelled the project and they now refuse to return our full deposit. Very disappointing (and expensive) experience.
