Our NextFLASHTM and DrainFLASHTM are self-adhered, waterproof flashing products for flashing doors, windows and other openings of the building envelope designed and manufactured with new sealant compatible, clean, neat, materials offering new levels of protection from water, mold, mildew and rot. Adchem SAF products surpass all AAMA 711-07 and AAMA 713-08 testing for Level A (no primer required) and Extreme Temperature Performance sealant compatibility (to 176F).

Proven high performance pressure sensitive adhesive systems provide a broad range of performance and is easy to install in both cold installation temperatures to 20F and high temperatures where other products become difficult and messy. The adhesive is bonded to a conformable lightweight cross linked closed cell PE foam and will adhere well below 0 F and at temperatures over 180 oF. The product weighs 60% of competitive butyl systems.

There are two different proprietary face sheets, one for NextFLASH, a 3 mil polyethylene face sheet co- extruded to the foam core for application in relatively dry areas. DrainFLASH uses the same foam and adhesive with an embossed non directional pattern on the surface of a 10 mil polyethylene film. Both products are tough, durable and provide leak protection resealing around nails and staples. Going beyond simple water barriers DrainFLASH provides a way to drain water and provide drying from behind trim and cladding. We provide construction site durable non-tear film release liners.
