Developed by Mold In Graphic Systems®, Mold On Graphics® are permanent, versatile graphics, suitable for decorating and labeling your products after moulding. After burnishing Mold On Graphics® onto your products, the secondary heat fusion process creates an unbreakable bond by encapsulating your compatible graphic designs within the polymer matrix. They are permanently fused directly into the outer surface of polyolefin products after the part has been moulded or formed. They can be applied within the first few minutes after the part is formed - or even years later.
Mold On Graphics® are compatible with all plastic processes: Blow Moulding, Thermoforming, Structural Foam Moulding, Injection Moulding, Sheet and Profile Extrusions and Rotational Moulding.
