Molecor, since its establishment, had the vision to extend the use of PVC-O pipes by overcoming their technical limitation. Today it is the global reference in molecular orientation.

As a result of its continuous innovations, Molecor has presented during the last years the largest range of PVC-O pipe diameters, higher pressures and new pipe union solutions for PVC-O pipes, the integrated socket system and the latest ISS+ (Integrated Seal System).

Molecor is continuously searching to satisfy the latest needs of the market for pressure water conduction providing new and efficient solutions. Therefore, a development on bigger diameters and higher pressures has been pursued, reaching to PVC-O pipes of DN 800 mm (30”) diameter and pressures of PN 25 bars (365 psi).

A new system has been engineered in order to meet the new challenges of these big pipes. Molecor is proud to introduce its new equipment M-OR-P 3180. This system is able to manufacture pipes ranging from 315 to 800 mm, 12” to 30”.
