Elexar®
Elexar® is a family of styrene block copolymer thermoplastic elastomers, often referred to as thermoplastic rubber (TPR).
Elexar® "rubber-like" compounds offer superior electrical properties coupled with excellent flexibility, toughness, and surface aesthetics.
Elexar® compounds are specially designed for wire & cable, fiber optic, and electrical/electronics. Elexar® TPEs are excellent alternatives to thermoset rubber, TPU's, and flexible PVC.
Elexar® "rubber-like" compounds offer superior electrical properties coupled with excellent flexibility, toughness, and surface aesthetics, yet are processed with the speed and efficiency of a free-flowing thermoplastic with density down to 0.90.
