ALPHA MARATHON has expanded its plastic extrusion business offering by introducing the “ALPHA RIGID” sheet line. It is a Multi Layer sheet extrusion process to manufacture a polypropylene RIGID SHEET BOARD, utilising air bubble technology as the core layer. Alpha Marathon’s long history and experience in the field of multi layer air bubble extrusion lines have greatly contributed to the development of the ALPHA RIGID technology.
Fully automatic turn key co-extrusion cast line includes laminating station, corona treater and printer. The polypropylene rigid sheet is extruded into a variety of different thickness and basis weight, with a multitude of different required applications.
