COLLIN ® single-screw extruders are characterized by their rugged construction as well as up-to-date and precise control of temperature and drive. The user-friendly control system saves all essential process parameters, making them accessible for several types of evaluations. The large number of screw diameters available (16 mm, 20 mm, 25mm, 30 mm, 45 mm, 60mm) in conjunction with the variety of different screw geometries offered allows you to choose from economical machines for a wide range of applications. Standard screw length is 25D. Starting at a screw diameter of 30 mm, barrier screws up to 40D in length are available. Screw geometries can be modified by incorporating various screw-on shear and mixing sections. Every machine features its own control panel, permitting integration into a line or use as a stand-alone unit.
