Cup Counter / Loader
The Rennco Model CCL (cup counter/loader) will accept paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups. The Cup Counter/Loader accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source. Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and are then transferred to a Rennco Packager via conveyor. Incorrect stack counts are automatically removed from the system for quality assurance.
