ToolMaster is a windows based program that automates CNC machining by intelligently monitoring and managing the condition of cutting tools during CNC machining.

This can be done by importing CNC Programs to automatically create Tool Database and Tool Table
The software will control tools at start of machining and after each program while changing cutting tools as required. Thermal expansion of the CNC machine will be automatically compensated for.
During machining when a tool is measured as out of a predefined tolerance or broken by the ToolMaster program one of the following can be selected to automatically occur:
• Program automatically selects a duplicate tool and starts next program
• Program automatically selects a duplicate tool and repeats the program
• Machine automatically starts to machine next part (if multiple parts on machine)
• Machining is automatically stopped
