High performance CYROLITE® compounds offer the very best balance of properties for medical device applications.

All grades of CYROLITE® are:
• Engineered for applications where gamma, e-beam or EtO sterilization is required, with no loss in properties
• Easy to process and can be used for very intricate to very large medical device parts
• Tough, transparent, bondable and chemical resistant
• BPS, BPA and DEHP free

CYROLITE® is used in a wide variety of medical devices including: luer connectors, Y-sites, filter housings and blood collection devices (CYROLITE® is not recommended for outdoor or implantable applications).

All clear grades of CYROLITE® passed Class VI United States Pharmacopoeia tests for determining the suitability of a plastic material intended for use in fabricating containers or accessories thereto, for parenteral preparations. Most grades of CYROLITE® have been found to be in compliance with Tripartite and ISO 10993-1 (CYROLITE® Protect has not been tested) and found to be non-hemolytic, non-cytotoxic, non-pyrogenic, non-sensitizing and non-mutagenic. USP, Tripartite and ISO tested in 001 tint only.
