QualityStation is a general purpose vision system with a vast array of high-end inspection tools. Event driven inspections, with the the adaptability to incorporate 1-8 cameras, makes QualityStation the preferred vision system for most any inspection application. An additional option will allow for up to 24 cameras. Whether integrated with existing material handling equipment for in-process inspections, or used manually for statistical sampling, QualityStation will streamline the manufacturing process.
