Product Details

The Inferior Double Ejection (DY) is the first double ejection mechanism in the market that works also as ejector guide pins and bushings simultaneously. This feature permits the mouldmaker to avoid installing any other guide pin or bushings rather than the ejection mechanism system from Cumsa, reducing considerably the time used installing components and also the cost.

Also, there is a huge advantage using these products, which is the fact that can be installed on the side of the mould, not in the central area of it, leaving much free space for other mold components, in the area of the mold that usually is more occupied.

Like all the double ejection systems in the market, it can control the ejection and returning of two sets of ejector plates, and these solutions, maintain as well, all the standard double ejection system specifications, which are the control of opening of the plates, the stroke made for each one of them and locking when in molding position.

The Inferior Double Ejection (DY), the two sets of ejector plates are separate while the mould is closed, and when the ejection starts, both sets of ejector plates advances until the front plate hits the back plate and stops, at this time, the rear set continues advancing until the both sets are together.
