This series is dedicated to both winding and unwinding processes on large and small drums.
Meets almost any pipe manufacturer needs, therefore designed in a wide range of versions to grant flexibility in terms of features and performance. In fact this series includes models to wind or unwind pipes at high speed up to 300m/min,featuring precise and consistent coiling, with no interweaving between the tube windings. The D series includes equipments suitable for small drums (OD 400 mm, W 100mm) as well as very large and heavy drums (OD 3200 mm, W 2400 mm, weight 6000 kg). The equipments can handle pipes ranging from 6 mm to 180 mm, as PE.
When installed within a re-coiling line, they are synchronized with the automatic coiler allowing to increase the production speeds by over 20%.
