Polymag® features a Process Roll Cleaner that mounts on a machine frame to clean the designated process roll. Condensate or oligomer removal is accomplished simply and
effectively by engaging a nonabrasive fabric with the surface of the process roll. The fabric is advanced periodically at a controlled rate and frequency. The operating sequence brings clean, absorbent fabric into contact with the process roll and simultaneously carries away condensate and contamination that can harm the roll or
substrate. The Process Roll Cleaner’s microprocessor can be programmed to optimize the cleaning sequence and minimize cloth consumption. Most importantly, you control
the Process Roll Cleaner to meet your specific process operating conditions. The Polymag® Process Roll Cleaner is a cost effective way to improve machine efficiency and product quality by reducing waste and downtime associated with manually cleaning these rolls. Our Certified Equipment is designed to remove contamination from your process rolls: casting, calendar, chill and laminating rolls.
