SIGMA’s SIGMASOFT® is a process simulation software solution for polymer injection processes that simulates the elastomer injection process (i.e. for LSR’s, a material category not covered by traditional design simulation tools).

SIGMASOFT® is considered by some as “the next generation of polymer simulation” because of its combination of ease-of-use, accuracy, and comprehensive consideration of all crucial details of the entire mold and molding process. This enables both designers with product responsibilities and production engineers to utilize the software for detailed process simulation and getting good parts out the door.
