For lead time and cost considerations, many times a low-cavitation prehard steel mold can provide high-quality parts in low-to-medium production volumes prior to the jump to high-output mass production. The 103 Class molds are guaranteed for 100,000 cycles and can be built in one-, two-, four-, and eight-cavity configurations. Full validations can be performed on this Bridge Tooling so full quality standards can be met.
