Our two plants comprise a total of over 250,000 square feet and contain over 105 state-of-the-art plastic injection molding presses that run 24 hours a day. Highly automated and heavily robotic, they are overseen by an expert, dedicated staff of professionals to ensure state-of-the-art performance.
Each press is microprocessor-controlled and self diagnostic, with capabilities from fractional to 43 ounces, and clamping force from 56 to 400 tons. Quality control checks of product tolerances, color and physical appearance are made at every step of manufacturing.
