Plastic Recycling Systems and Pelletizing

Gamma Meccanica's plastic recycling systems consist of three main types: Compac lines (including shredders, extruders, filters and pelletizers); conventional lines (granulators, forced feeding, extruders, filters and pelletizers); and, PET lines, (including dehumidifiers, extruders, filters and pelletizers).

Among the main materials that Gamma Meccanica's lines can recycle are: LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, HWMPE, EVA, PP, BOPP, OPP, PS, EPS, XPS, ABS, PC and PET.


Pelletizing systems
Gamma Meccanica's pelletizing systems can also be employed for the pelletization of other types of materials, such as: POM, charged PE and PP, TR, PVC, SBS, KRATON, PA and HOT MELT.

Since 1988, Gamma Meccanica SpA has researched and developed machines and systems designed to recycle a vast variety of plastic materials by transforming them into perfect and regular granules.

Our systems are able to recycle plastics in various forms, such as film, bottles, textiles, yarns, fibres, containers and sheets.
