Metered Dispensing System
Custom metering solution for shot dispensing single or multiple filling needs. The metering pump works in conjunction with high cycle valves cycling up to one hundred times per minute. The product re-circulates in a manifold supplying pressurized product to the pumps and fill nozzles dispensing an exact amount of product each and every time. This type of system can dispense shots of as little as just a few grams and up. The Mahr metering pumps can deliver as little as .02 cc/rev up to 100 cc/rev, leaving the choices of delivery almost unlimited. Material management such as heat, degassing, and vacuum are available on all Mahr Systems.
