The scrap tire processing industry is growing rapidly as the number of discarded tires increases, landfill capacity diminishes and environmental pressures mount. The development of end-use markets which consume scrap tires, including recycling, tire derived fuel (TDF), and tire derived aggregate (TDA) are being pursued by industry, the private sector and government.
