Product Overview

The maximum recommended watt density for heaters 11.99” I.D. and under is 44 watts per square inch. Heaters 12” I.D. and over is 25 watts per square inch. The maximum recommended Amps on a heater with post terminals is 25 amps and with leads are 12.5 amps. We can manufacture Band Heaters up to a maximum of 600 volts. (Please note any heaters manufactured over 480 volts are not covered by a warranty.) Our mica band heaters are rated up to 900 degrees F. The maximum diameter for a 1 piece heater is 30”.
