Extrudex is a partner for clients who need tubing and hose production. The company operates dedicated tube and hose extrusion production lines that only service the tubing and hose product line and includes options for the medical and food processing industries. A variety of materials and colors for a range of applications are available.

Size and density is not an issue; Extrudex has the capabilities required to produce tubing, both flexible and rigid, up to 6” in diameter. Once produced, depending on the size of the tube, up to 250 ft. per roll can be coiled depending on the customer's needs.

The company can produce hose in sizes ranging from .125” OD to 3” OD with various wall thicknesses.

Capabilities include:

Flexible Hose – vacuum tubes to gravity feed tubes
Semi Rigid Hose – various finishes and color composites
Medical and Food Grade tubing

Unlike custom profile extrusion dies in use at many companies, Extrudex holds the ownership of a library of existing Extrudex-owned pins and dies. As a result, it can likely produce tubes or hoses without the extra expense of tooling, saving customers time and money.
