Cooling Stand and Sieve
The Cooling Stand and Sieve, is first used as a parking place for your hot basket and parts when removed from the Fluidized Bath. Secondly, it is used to capture excess clusters of ash that may fall from the tooling, which is then sieved, allowing the finer aluminum oxide sand to fall into the catch pan for reuse in the Fluidized Bath. The clusters of ash and carbon on the sieve screen can then be disposed of. Click here to view our demonstration!
Tiered Parts Baskets
Accurate Thermal Systems also brings to you our new Tiered Parts Baskets, to provide flexibility for cleaning various sizes and quantities of tooling and parts. Depending on the basket size we offer either two or three tier models that allow for placement of parts based on your own criteria and in many cases provide for better cleaning results. Are your parts very small, under 1”? Then you should consider the small basket that has openings that are 3/16”. This basket will fit into the larger ones for ease of use and operation.
Don’t forget for your convenience, we stock aluminum oxide in both 100 and 400 pound pails and drums for quick delivery. We also, discount blanket orders of aluminum oxide, which can be delivered according to your schedule.
