Tooling, Parts and Hardware Cleaning Baths

Accurate Thermal Systems Fluidized Temperature Baths will completely remove all organic material from metals parts and hardware including plastic, paint, epoxy, rubber, resin, varnish and adhesives as well as many other hydrocarbon-based products such as oils, fluids, grease, lubricants and coatings. It evens removes the tough halogenated compounds such as PVC, PTFE, PEEK, FEP and others. Filled orifices and openings down to 0.020" can be cleaned.

This thermal cleaning process (Pyrolysis) typically takes from 30 to 60 minutes to remove all material from the tooling. Plastic Extrusion and Injection molders benefit from this fast and efficient cleaning cycle which minimizes down time during line change outs and maintenance.

A partial list of tooling and parts our systems will clean include: dies, nozzles, breaker plates, screws, hot runner components, assembled spin packs, screen changers, film extrusion dies, paint hooks, hardware and more.

The Accurate Thermal Systems Fluidized Temperature Bath cleaning process will also remove material from assembled tools which can then be easily disassembled.

The cleaning process is safe for the operator and is not abrasive or damaging in any way to immersed parts
