Thermal Cleaning for Molds, Tools, Dies and More
Our thermal cleaning process (Pyrolysis) typically takes from 30 to 60 minutes to remove all material from the tooling. Plastic Extrusion and Injection molders benefit from this fast and efficient cleaning cycle which minimizes down time during line change outs and maintenance.
A partial list of tooling and parts our systems will clean include, dies, nozzles, breaker plates, screws, hot runner components, assembled spin packs, screen changers, film extrusion dies, paint hooks, hardware and more.
We offer a free sample cleaning of your tooling and parts to show how well our systems work. A video of your tooling being cleaned will be provided.
