Serie Torino - Hybrid Injection Molding Machines
The Torino series has been designed to match all the specific needs in the injection molding process, including packaging, electronics, automotive, medical, and more. Capable of processing materials such as ABS, PC, PET, POOM, and others.
The hybrid system (servo-drive) allows high response for acceleration and deceleration ramps, controlled in close-loop, reaching high precision for screw positioning, pressure, back pressure and speed. The recorder deviation is <0.3%.
This level of precision allows for a constant production cycle times, with a part weight deviation of <0.02%. The high precision system will increase the oil’s working life since will operating without any stress using a low working temperature (no need for an oil cooling unit).
