Production Capabilities
Our production facility utilizes nine (9) plastic injection-molding presses ranging in size from 45 tons to 500 tons of clamp pressure. This size variation allows Selmax to use the optimal equipment for part produced. We can manufacture parts from 0.5 grams to 1800 grams. We support insert molding, film insert molding and over molding.
When color and finished appearance is critical, we use sophisticated spectrophotometer tools to match and verify colors to stringent color requirements. We are capable of testing to color-matching standards within “DEmc 1.0” tolerance in hundreds of colors.
We know how important it is to get products to market quickly. From receipt of order, we promise a two-weeks or less lead time. We have a 100% success record in meeting this commitment.
