Submit Your Part Drawing: To kickstart the project, simply email us ([email protected]) with the STEP file for your part drawing. To initiate this process, a downpayment of $175 is required. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice at the project's conclusion.
Design Inspection: Upon receiving your part drawing, we'll conduct a thorough design inspection to ensure that every detail is accounted for. We will give you a feedback about the part design and send you the final invoice for the mold.
Custom Mold Design: Once the design inspection is complete and the payment for the final invoice is received, our team will begin crafting your custom mold.
Finalization and Delivery: After the mold design is finalized and meets your approval, we'll proceed with manufacturing and testing. The lead time is typically 2-3 weeks.
